Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Daily Affirmations & Gratitude account and associated account data from this website. You do not need to reinstall the app or open the app to make this request.
Email info@mindfortify.com and include "Daily Affirmations account deletion request" in the subject.
Please email from, or include, the email address used for your app account so the request can be matched to the correct Firebase Authentication account.
What Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is verified, Mind Fortify will delete or anonymize account data associated with that app account, including:
- Firebase Authentication account data for Daily Affirmations & Gratitude.
- Firebase-backed private affirmation sets owned by the account.
- Public affirmation sets owned by the account, unless retention is required for safety, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
- Account-linked saved theme favorites.
Local Device Data
Local-only data stored on your device, such as local affirmation sets, gratitude journal entries, drafts, settings, selected theme, reminder preferences, and local practice progress, can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on the device.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion of your account and associated account data by emailing info@mindfortify.com.
Timing
Deletion requests will be reviewed and completed within a reasonable period after the request is received and the account can be verified.
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
